ARC DJ-1005-224 You-Build-It Kit Engine (224cc OHV)

The ARC DJ-1005-224 You-Build-It Kit is designed for builders who want full control over their engine setup. Featuring a Ducar 224cc OHV platform, this kit provides a strong performance base while allowing you to select your own internal components.

This engine is built with a 70mm bore and 58mm stroke, a clone-style cylinder head with larger 27mm/25mm valves, and a heavy-duty dual bearing block with a taller deck height for improved durability and performance potential.

Unlike pre-assembled performance engines, this kit is intended for custom builds where the user installs performance components such as a billet flywheel, connecting rod, piston, camshaft, and valve springs based on their application.

The engine comes without a governor and is not blueprint checked, giving experienced builders the flexibility to measure, set clearances, and build the engine to their exact specifications.
