The ARC 6252 billet connecting rod is a high-performance upgrade for Harbor Freight Predator 212cc engines, designed specifically for builds using a flat-top piston in a Non-Hemi configuration.
With a 3.348" center-to-center length (+.040" over stock), this rod is commonly used to bring the piston to or near zero deck height when paired with a flat-top piston, improving compression efficiency and overall engine performance.
CNC machined from 7075-T651 aircraft-grade aluminum, this rod offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for high RPM racing and performance applications.
ARC’s forced oiling dipper system improves lubrication at the crank journal, helping reduce wear and increase reliability under load. Includes precision bearing inserts and high-strength ARP rod bolts.
Important Fitment Notice: Designed for Non-Hemi Predator engines only. Will NOT work in Hemi blocks. Will NOT fit Honda GX200, 196cc clone engines, Predator Ghost 212, or Predator 224 crankshafts.
This rod is designed for Predator 212 Non-Hemi engines and is not compatible with Hemi blocks.
The extra length helps bring a flat-top piston closer to zero deck height, improving compression and performance.
This rod is commonly used with a flat-top piston, especially Hemi-style pistons installed in Non-Hemi engines.
It uses a .709" wrist pin, compatible with standard Predator 212 pistons.
ARC recommends tightening the rod bolts to 170 in/lbs (lubricated).
