The ARC Racing 6615-H billet flywheel is engineered for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone racing engines that use a PVL digital ignition system. Precision-machined from high-strength billet aluminum and SFI certified for racing safety, this flywheel provides reliable ignition stability and durability during high-RPM drag racing applications.
The finless drag racing design reduces aerodynamic drag and rotating mass, allowing engines to accelerate quickly and deliver strong launch performance. The adjustable hub design allows racers to fine-tune ignition timing in 1° increments, giving engine builders precise control over timing for different engine combinations and track conditions.
Important: This flywheel is designed for use with PVL digital ignition coils such as the 710106 coil and will not work with OEM ignition coils.
This flywheel is also not designed for use with a pull starter. External or electric starting methods must be used.
The ARC 6615-H billet flywheel fits Honda GX200 engines and most 196cc clone platforms including Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines.
This flywheel must be used with a PVL digital ignition coil such as the 710106 high-RPM coil.
