Return Policy
Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy.
You may return most new and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs (same service as the original order) if the return is a result of our error. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. *** ARC will not be liable for air freight charges on an order originally shipped ground. ***
Used or damaged items will not be accepted. Items missing original packaging may result in a restocking fee.
Return Guidelines
Returns on used items will not be accepted unless authorized by ARC Racing Staff.
- The unused item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Over 30 days, we will not accept returns.
- Include the original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
- The item(s) must be returned without being used / mounted or damaged in any way, must be in new condition in original packaging.
- Send the return items PREPAID to our warehouse. It's a good idea to keep up with your tracking number.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
- Items missing original packaging may result in a restocking fee.

Returns could take 2 to 3 business days to process after recieved.
- Refund method: If you paid with a credit card online, the funds will be returned to that card. The processing time involves the merchant, payment processor, and your bank, so it often takes several business days.
- PayPal refunds are sent to the original payment method, with processing times varying: same-day for PayPal balance, up to 5 business days for a bank account, and up to 30 days for a credit or debit card.
Shipping
Our cut off time for shipping is 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday. *Subject to change on holidays. Most orders will ship the first business day of being placed if placed before 2:00pm EST.
**Please note, UPS and FedEx transit times are on business days only. Saturday and Sundays are not counted as transit days, even when expediting your order. UPS and FedEx does offer Next Day Air Saturday delivery in some areas, please contact us by phone or email to find out if they offer it for your location.
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The only shipping method for shipping liquid products is UPS or FedEx Ground.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please check your spam folder, if you do not see it, contact us for help. If your order looks delayed please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Standard processing:All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
- Order placement: Processing begins once your order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Exceptions:Out of stock items, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for production before shipping. During high-volume periods, such as holidays, processing may be delayed.
2. Shipping options and delivery estimates
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after processing
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after processing.

- The delivery times listed above are estimates and do not include the processing period.
- Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier availability, and holidays.
- We will notify you of any significant delays.
- For a more precise delivery date, please see the estimated delivery time provided at checkout for your specific order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All import duties and taxes that your country may apply are calculated through the Zonos Checkout. You will be able to see these taxes and duties up front and pay them while checking out. The Zonos Checkout will read your IP Address in order to tell which country's taxes and duties to apply.
