We’ve discussed this at one time, but I think it’s time to do a revisit on the subject of ignition timing with the different OHV models of Billet flywheels we manufacture. Not all of them are at the 32 degrees of timing like many think. The timing may differ from the style of flywheel to the type of ignition you are using. Here are photos that can be used for a reference when selecting a flywheel for your OHV engine. All small block flywheels cover Honda, Clone, Predator, Ducar and Tillotson models. All big block flywheels cover Honda, Predator, Vegas and mower engines in regards to timing with a stock key. Flatheads are a different subject for another day.
